Work/life balance coaching
There are five main steps to achieving the elusive work/life balance:
We begin by analyzing your current situation. What does your daily life currently look like-- Sleep? Fitness? Energy? Time spent on people or things outside of work that bring you joy? Is your work satisfying and rewarding?
Next, recognizing that work/life balance is individual, we define your personal priorities and values by exploring the importance of areas like money, relationships, family and friends, fitness, leisure, and travel in your life.
Third, we determine how you spend your precious time by completing a personalized time inventory spreadsheet. We analyze your current activities, identify time wasters, and evaluate the importance of each thing you do in your day.
Almost there! Based on this information, we implement a plan for how you want to structure your day. We get clear on what matters to you (and what doesn’t) so you can make productive choices and how and where to spend your time and energy. You learn to prioritize, delegate, set boundaries, and establish organizational strategies to regain a sense of control and prevent burnout.
Finally, we identify your energy boosters and energy drains. By limiting the time you spend on people and things that drain your energy, and incorporating more energy boosters into your life, your sense of work/life balance will naturally improve!
