Group Coaching
There are four main elements to successful teamwork: who, what, when, and how.
Who:
Who is each person on the team? What are their strengths? Their challenges? Their motivations? Their skills in working with others?
What:
Establish clarity about the tasks facing the group by explicitly creating a common vision and sets of goals.
When:
Decide on the right timing for decisions and actions
How:
Agree on a modus operandi. What process will the team use to achieve their goal? How will success be measured?
Help your team achieve “team think.”
